Consulting was due for a rebuild.

So we built it.

Why we built this.

Traditional consulting was built for a different era — when analysis was scarce, expertise was rare, and clients paid for access to knowledge that lived inside specialist firms.

That era is over.

AI now accelerates analysis to a degree that would have been unthinkable a decade ago. Yet most consulting firms still operate as though nothing has changed: same hourly rates, same six-week diagnostics, same hundred-page decks.

Profit Pulse was founded on a simple premise — there's a better way. Combine the rigor of structured decision intelligence with the speed of AI-accelerated analysis, applied by experienced consultants who know which questions actually matter. Deliver outcomes faster. Charge less. Earn the relationship through results, not hourly rate.

Five principles guide every engagement.

EVIDENCE OVER OPINION

Every claim should trace to specific evidence, not authority or reputation.

STRUCTURE OVER GUESSWORK

Good decisions come from a disciplined process, not a charismatic slide deck.

SPEED WITHOUT SHORTCUTS

AI lets us move fast while keeping the rigor a serious decision demands.

HONESTY ABOUT UNCERTAINTY

We show you how confident we are and where the risks sit — not just the answer we like.

OUTCOMES, NOT HOURS

We earn the relationship through results, priced on value — not billable time.

Across these positions, Jason has trained hundreds of professionals in structured project management methods, Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), leadership, communications, and related disciplines critical to executing high-stakes programs. Jason is a recognized EVMS / EIA-748 subject matter expert across all six process areas of the standard a niche federal specialty required by both the Department of Defense (under FAR 52.234-4 and DFARS 234.2) and the Department of Energy (under DOE Order 413.3B) for major capital projects.
